I want my party leader to take into consideration the fact that if we recruit, train and deploy police reservists for five years, this presupposes that after five years we will recruit again, vet and look for money again. It is cost-effective to have them serve for 10 years and then re-engage them if the Government deems it fit. However, if the Government does not require their services, then it can do as it pleases."
