Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in the Schedule— (e) [A1] in the proposed amendments to the Environment and Land Court Act, 2011— (i) by deleting the word “our” appearing immediately after the words “be admitted” and substituting therefor the word “out” in the proposed new section 16A (2); (ii) by deleting the words “of the Chief Magistrate as set out in section 5 of” appearing immediately after the words “pecuniary jurisdiction” and substituting therefor the words “as set out in” in the proposed new section 26 (4)(b).
