    "content": "In part (iii), we are deleting the proposed amendment to section 8(4). In part (vi) we are deleting the proposed amendment to section 8(7). This is actually the same as in the Principal Act. I do not know how this was done but we will look at it later. In part (v), we are deleting the proposed amendment to Section 8(8). This amendment is almost identical to the Principal Act. In part (vi), we are deleting the proposed amendment to Section 9. In part (vii), we are deleting the proposed amendment to Section 13(1)."
