    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, our justification is the fact that treaty and agreement making is a multilateral and bilateral function of the Executive. That function is fully bestowed on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Attorney-General is the custodian of the legal instruments. We want to vest the treaty and agreement making powers to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That is the rationale behind the proposed amendments."
