Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 38 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (7) — “(8) The accrued late payment interest shall not, in aggregate, exceed the principal tax liability.” That is what we had just said in the other amendment.
