Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT clause 112 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2)— (a) by inserting the words “to be paid” immediately after the word “tax” in paragraph (b); (b) by deleting paragraph (c); (c) by deleting paragraph (g).’ These are editorial amendments. We are proposing the deletion of 2(c) and (g), which are ambiguous."
