In practice of law, when your worthy opponent has eloquently and substantively gone through something, normally we tell the judge, I have nothing useful to add. Sen. Sang has eloquently and in detail, discussed the Regulations. I wish to confirm that we, as a Committee, did all that we were expected to do. We listened to various stakeholders and invited the Ministry concerned, but you heard that we did not get their full cooperation. I wish to state that we must adhere to the law and we shall not encourage anybody who contravenes the law. As a result of that, we, as a Committee have recommended that Regulations 3, 12, 37, 45(2) and Part 5 of be Regulations be annulled. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
