Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, with regard to what the Senator for Kisii has raised, a number of the concerns that were raised have been captured in the Report and also a lot of the concerns that were raised by Sen. Mugo are also captured within the Report and that is why we are proposing to annul just sections of the Regulations. However, it is important to note that we invited the Cabinet Secretary for Health to come and clarify a number of those issues. As I mentioned, the Cabinet Secretary did not want to come and appear before us and clarify some of those areas. Of course, we, as a Committee, still scrutinized and approved a number of those sections. However, a few of the others that may require some bit of time and engagement with the various stakeholders within the sector, we are telling the Cabinet Secretary to go back and address some of those issues. I want to say that we are ready to proceed with those amendments."
