In (c), the Committee recommended that we amend the Bill in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words “and the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution” at the end of the sub-clause. This is so that we incorporate the values enshrined in Chapter Six of the Constitution in ensuring that in this particular management of the Authority, we have quality leadership that can steer this country to greater heights.
