"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. The issue that has been raised by Sen. Musila concerning the security of the people of Kitui County is a very serious matter and it is rightfully before this House. My leader here, Sen. Wetangula, is a Member of that Committee. Is he in order to say that he does not speak for the Chairperson when the matter has been directed to the Committee and all he needs to do as a Member is to give an undertaking that this particular message will be communicated to the Committee?"
