    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I have a lot of respect for the retired Judge, Sen. Madzayo, however, the Chair dealt with this Statement for a very long time until it reached a point where he hit the wall. I think it is only fair that he takes the matter from where he left it. If he is to consult the Clerk, so be it. But as far as this House is concerned, the responsibility lies squarely on the Chairperson of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare."
