    "content": " On a point or order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I sympathize with the Chairman, the retired Judge, but obviously being an opposition Senator, probably he does not get the requisite urgent response from the Government. I want to urge the Chair that the point raised by Sen. Musila on the transfer of social safety net funds to the disabled and elderly people is such a critical matter to all our counties including your own county. What is happening today is that the money goes to the counties and it is handled by the so called County Commissioners. They are the ones who sit down and draw fraudulent lists of friends, fictitious characters, ghosts and then they go and receive the money. We want our people to receive the money because this is taxpayers’ money and not a gift. I want to urge the Chair to set a date and order that the Cabinet Secretary responsible appears before a Committee of the Whole House to table the list of transfers so far, the recipients per county and sub-county so that we can be able to interrogate"
