    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support the County Allocation of Revenue Bill, 2015. We have seen this Senate go through mediation for this Bill to come. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, it is important for the county governments to understand that while the Senate allocates funds to them and the national Government remains with a huge sum, we expect them to provide quality services to people.
