    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a Statement relating to the proposed new consulates in the United States of America (USA) and their relation with polling stations. This Statement was sought by the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Wetangula. Yesterday, I indicated to this House that I will use all means including my seniority status in the Jubilee side of the House. Sen. Orengo seemed not to believe me, but I want to make it clear that today, I have the Statement, but the Senate Minority Leader is not in the House. So, I seek your guidance whether I can deliver the Statement without the Senate Minority Leader."
