    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for protecting me. I just want to let my good friend, Sen. Khaniri, know that I am not doing this in bad faith. This House should really be respected. It should now be clear to the “lower” House that whatever the Senate did was for the interest of this nation. I thank the Senators because they never looked at the Members of the National Assembly as their juniors when they were mediating. They made sure that they mediated from the point of view that they really wanted the country to have the best. That is why they even had to give in. It is high time we told the Members of the National Assembly that the counties belong to them. They represent particular constituencies in counties. So, when we decide that some funds need to go to those counties, it is also for their benefit. Those funds are going to serve their constituents in those counties. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those remarks, I would like to congratulate our Chairman who spearheaded the mediation from our House, the entire team and the Speaker’s office. Thank you."
