    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to agree with Sen. Wangari that for the Statement she is seeking the voice should come through the Chairman of the Committee. Once a Statement is sought, it becomes a property of the House and not of the Committee. She should be given the Statement by the Cabinet Secretary concerned and let it be debated. We will also have an opportunity to participate in that debate."
