    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We all know how difficult it is to have numbers here to vote. In the Order Paper, we have three serious Motions which we need to vote for. It is my sincere request that we do not spend a lot of time debating this Motion which has been debated before. I want to request the Chair, because we have the numbers, we go straight into voting. Those who debated represented the House and they do so, on behalf of those who did not speak."
