    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not want to interrupt the Chairman, but this is a very weighty issue and our constituents are waiting. He jumped to Article 217(7), but it has not even been reached, because we are now at Article 217(3). We first have to adopt as the Senate, then it goes to National Assembly. So, the question of Article 217(7) does not arise. We are just in the first step of approval by the Senate which is not provided in law here, what happens when we do not approve in the first instance. It means that we have time to still work on it."
