"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to urge the Members that it is in our interest that this new formula is approved so that we can apply it, because the Division of Revenue Bill will be published by 8th March which is in the next two weeks. Immediately after that Bill is passed, it will be published which is in the next two weeks. This is what will be used for the County Allocation of Revenue Bill. We should remember that it is also going to the National Assembly. Without it, there is no doubt that we will end up with the current one which, of course, not everyone is opposed to, including me.
