    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker. I just want to speak to this particular issue of the digital migration - The issue of benefit to the common man. I also want to look at the youth in this respect. I concur that the youth who are involved in content creation should get more opportunities to make money. However, if we rush this, there is nothing that stops us from setting up local industries to assemble digital set-top boxes. A digital set-top box is not rocket science. It is not more complicated than a speed governor. We need to think of innovative ways through which we can create and provide employment opportunities for the young men and women of this nation. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, my vision for Homa Bay for the youth and women is quite clear. We need to include them. The women in Homa Bay, out of 40 wards, only one ward has an elected woman representative. Homa Bay County has given birth to very beautiful and intelligent women.
