    "content": "It is time that that we went back to our constituencies today to take credit values from our people. It is time that we went back to review what is happening within our Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) projects. It is time we went back to study clearly what will happen in the next session. I know the time may be short but that break is well deserved and the mood in the House has been evident in the last couple of days that hon. Members ought to go and congratulate students who have performed very well in their schools and also go and assess what has happened in some of the schools that did not perform very well. We need to have that break so that we can all perform our own duties outside the House in addition to the Committees that will be sitting."
