    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have always spoken that language and my colleagues will bear me witness. The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs need to know that we have issues in this country. People are dying of hunger. He spent Kshs30 million which could have helped my people. Let us do this in the spirit of the National Reconciliation and Peace Accord. There is only one Government in this country. Having an action that connotes that there is a President Kibaki Government and a Raila Government in this country is not helping this country. I wish to conclude and support this Motion."
