"content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I know that the male hon. Members fear giant women but I am up to the task. I want to say that as a country, we passed the Constitution and nobody said that implementing it would be easy. Therefore, the challenges that we are seeing ahead of us have been the teething problems in implementing the Constitution. I would like to urge hon. Members to be vigilant. In everything that we do, we should ensure that we follow the letter and the spirit of the Constitution implementation. I want to laud hon. Members that despite the challenges, sometimes we beat ourselves too hard that we forget the good things we have done. We managed, during this period, to pass the Judicial Service Bill and Vetting of Judges and Magistrates Bill. That is a milestone in terms of reforms in this country. I know there are many challenges ahead of us, but we have managed despite the fact that we started on a wrong note as Parliament. We have managed and I have a message of optimism that, as a country, we can."
