I want to assure this House, as the Assistant Minister in charge of Defence, that we do not have foreign troops on our soil. If there are any, one of the things I will undertake is to go to Mandera and ensure that there are no foreign troops there. This is very important, because we want to assure our citizens that the first responsibility of any Government is the security of its citizens. I want to assure Kenyans that we are going to get rid of whoever is on our soil."
