    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to air my views. From the outset, let me take this opportunity to congratulate my colleague and brother, Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo, for bringing this Bill. We commend the effort that the reservists are doing, especially in the pastoralist areas. I can confidently report that they are doing a marvelous job and without them, things would not be okay. According to the Bill, it is good to report that they can now earn a little money and allowances, and that will be a relief to those families. I also join Sen. Ndiema, who said that we must retain those who have been serving because we know that they have really suffered. We must motivate them by making them those who will be given the first priority. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
