    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as a reservist what a man can do a woman can do better. I am of the considered opinion that if trained, it depends on which area, they can still do the duty. We have seen many areas where the population is high – even if someone is whispering here that the terrains are difficult, they still go up and down - so they can assist. Why not give them an opportunity? That is why I am saying “what the men can do, the women can do better.” It will make a difference."
