    "content": "I want to support this Motion because there are so many issues that we, as hon. Members, ought to be attending to. We have CDF projects to attend to; we have to explain to our people about devolution. We have to visit the youth, women, old people and the disabled; we have to visit schools and all those things need time. I suggest that we should go for one month and if there is any business that we should do, let us come back for a day or two and do that. But we need one month at home because there are many issues at home. I have always, while I have been in Parliament, recognized the fact that to be in this Parliament is as important as to be in the constituency. I have seen my colleagues who are very effective in this House and they forget to go home and, of course, they do not come back. So, being with your voters is one of the crucial duties of a Member of Parliament."
