    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute in support of this Motion. I would like to begin by congratulating our schools that did very well in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education and urge the others that never followed suit to begin to learn from that experience. I am saying that because we have many national schools in this country that did much worse than many provincial schools and there were provincial schools that did very well while the majority did that badly. What is it that differentiates the schools that do well from those that do very badly? It is clearly management. It is important for us in the Government and the Ministry of Education to begin to think of the need to reshuffle the management of institutions especially where they are very localized, where there is political influence and where people manning those institutions have clearly not demonstrated their credentials to run those schools."
