Mbuvi represents the youth in Makadara who wear studs. The fact that the youth in hon. Khaniri’s and hon. Bifwoli’s constituencies do not wear studs does not mean that the youth in Makadara who are represented by none other than the youthful Member of Parliament should not wear the same. He represents the face of Makadara."
