"content": "This House has critiqued the CIC Chairman for certain pronouncements that we have said that we do not agree with. But to go ahead and say that you will punish Mr. Nyachae for purposes of what he has done and for declaring that he will go to an independent office of the courts, what does that mean? It means that you are trying to scare the judges by telling them that should you make another decision, next year, you will not get your salaries; should you make another decision next year, we will ensure that you will not even have a secretary; should you make a decision the next year, we will ensure that you do not have a researcher. What kind of a nation are we going to establish if we are going to scare institutions?"
