We must now come together. I want to remind Sen. Murkomen to go and read the book Song of Lawino by Okot P’Bitek, where he says: “There is no fixed time for breastfeeding; children are fed when they cry.” Now that we are crying, this is the time for the change of the Constitution, so, let us not talk about the timing.
