All you will do is convene a special sitting, talk and bash. That is what they are saying on the corridors. I am happy that today we will not just talk. We will also go a step further to institute this special Committee. I hope it will come up with clear guidelines on what we need to do as a Senate in order to put these matters to rest, once and for all."
