    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to speak on this very important Motion. First of all, I thank the Senate Majority and Minority Leaders for the way they moved this Motion which shows that, indeed, the Senate is a mature House and we debate at a higher level. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the pain that I have is to see our Constitution being flouted left and right and one institution emerging. We fought against the tyranny of the executive and the imperial presidency, but it is now the tyranny of the National Assembly"
