    "content": "which is emerging and has begun attacking each and every other organ of government. They attack the Senate, the Judiciary, the SRC and so on. We have to stand firm and let everybody know. That is why I am supporting this Motion. This Motion says that in spite of the obstacles, challenges and difficulties that we are facing and so on, as the Senate, we stand firm to respect, uphold, defend the Constitution and ensure that devolution takes a firm root in this country. We stand firm to ensure that the Senate plays its role as envisaged under the Constitution. If the Constitution cannot be interpreted and implemented in good faith, which we are all expecting, then we shall have to amend it to ensure that, that is done."
