    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, sometimes back we used to have security road blocks at nights. However, they were removed. At the moment, thugs and criminals are having a field day. They steal knowing very well they can go all the way to Bomet, Kisii, Kisumu and Nakuru without anybody arresting them. Could the Assistant Minister inform us when he will restore the road blocks in Kericho to curb insecurity?"
