    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have different bills that have been settled by my Ministry. One is for Omo Pumping Station, which is a borehole supply, I have given an account number here. It had an outstanding bill of Kshs600,015. It consists of a borehole each, pumping 15 cubic metres per hour with a single metre for both. This station serves the District headquarters, District Hospital, Post Office and several Government offices."
