"content": "We held a meeting with the Petitioner, Mr. Erastus Odiyo, and the grounds on which he relied on for his Petition were:- (a) On serious violation of the law the petitioner alleged that:- (i) The Chairperson hired four staff from her tribe/county without embracing diversity which is a key pillar of the Constitution. The employees were listed to be;- (a) Khabongo Comfort Mwaitsi. (b) Matikho Jemima Makuba. (c) Ann Judy Odero. (d) Awori Sydney Baraza. (i) The Chairperson swore her Personal Assistant Dona Mokeira Anyona to take minutes of the Board on 21st July, 2014 whereas the Secretary to the Commission was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mrs. Rose Odhiambo. The Petitioner stated that Ms. Mokeira took minutes of the Commission usurping the domain of the CEO. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
