    "content": "If you look at the accusation that the Petitioner relied on, he felt that the Chairperson was guilty of the offence of abuse of office. Our Committee is not in a position to determine whether the accused is guilty or not. So, in my view, we did not have reasons to give a determination on whether the Chairperson was guilty or not. If they wanted to know, they would have gone to a court of law."
