    "content": "Being a Chairman does not mean that you are everything. Your business is just to sit and conduct business. The resolutions which come up are from the whole team. Therefore, the buck should not have stopped with the Chairman only, but with the Members of the Committee. Finally, this is a lady and, maybe, somebody had vendetta. We are trying to promote gender equality in this country. Let us not punish our lady leaders, so that we can score our cards against them. We should instead encourage them because that is entrenched in the Constitution. I support the report."
