We unanimously agreed that the Chairperson of the Committee signs the minutes on behalf of the Members present and also indicate clearly that those of us who were present had unanimously adopted the Report. Those who were not there, we said it is up to them to follow up and find out whether they were in favour or against the adoption of that particular Report."
