    "content": "We need not lose on the gains that have been made by literally following the views of other people. We need to consider the ruling of the court, analyse it and seize the opportunity to realign where we need to. That is why I support this Motion, but the ultimate idea is that Members of Parliament should oversee. The CDF should be a facility that the citizens can interact with and initiate their own development using it. I support this Motion."
