    "content": "The judges who made the ruling gave us 12 months, and it is high time we appealed and extended the time-frame given, so that we are able to do amendments. Parliament is there to legislate. I want to tell hon. Members that this is a blessing in disguise. We should not talk any more. Whatever sections that are unconstitutional, this House has the power to align them to the Constitution. We are going to do it immediately and without wasting time.
