Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, aware that the country has been experiencing a series of fatal emergency situations that necessitate urgent medical care and blood transfusion; deeply concerned that currently the country lacks sufficient blood reserves; noting that health services and blood donation in the critical emergency situations are crucial to saving lives, this House urges the Government to consider setting up an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and a blood transfusion unit in every constituency to provide medical care and blood in emergency situations."
