    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for purposes of record, I will avail to this House the status report of all the markets under the ESP indicating where there has been a delay and the actual status of the project. This will show that very many markets are under construction. However, I have, indeed, acknowledged that there are some areas, as I have pointed out, where there are either logistical or technical problems or more critical aspects relating to land that we need to sort out. In other areas, maybe, the contractors who have been identified have also failed to produce the requisite performance bonds that are required to facilitate proper contractual arrangements."
