    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to join my colleagues who have talked about this important Motion. I want to thank hon. Wangamati for bringing this Motion before us. I hope that when it comes as a Bill, we will be in a position to make it more effective. I want to thank the Mau Mau Movement, especially those from Kiambu and Nyeri. I know a few of them and not all, benefited out of this. As mentioned by hon. Kamama, we have freedom fighters from other parts like the Pokots and the Luhyias under the Dini ya Musambwa . I am part of this family of the Dini ya Msambwa . My parents are there. The known Lucas Kipkoech is my uncle. They suffered. I was brought up there and I am happy that this issue is before this House. I also want to thank the Government of the former President Kibaki."
