Temporary Deputy Speaker, we will also be asking why in the case of Kenya, we must have four or more pathologists attending to an autopsy which, in other jurisdictions, you only need one or two persons to deduce the truth and have the facts presented to the nation. We will also be asking a number of questions, among which of course, with the Terms of References (TORs) of the Committee and other things, will come up within the Committee. When we finally make our report, it will be clear. We want to do an investigation that is thorough; that is objective; that is critical and an investigation that I will be asking hon. Members of the Committee to ensure that as we go into this work, we must do it dispassionately. We must remain impartial. We must be very critical and ensure that strictly, the truth is revealed. We do not want to do an investigation with the sole aim of confirming our prejudices. I propose that we do an open and a transparent investigation and give the report fully without fear or favour.
