Members, the three Members, having been successfully named in the Motion and suspended from the service of the House and the precincts of the National Assembly and Parliament in the first instance for a period of four days, including the date of this suspension will not be able to access any part of Parliament during the period of the suspension. They will forfeit their right of access and all allowances payable to them during the period of that suspension."
