    "content": "“251(1) A member of a commission (other than ex-official member) or the holder of an independent office, may be removed from office only for - (a) serious violation of this Constitution or any other law, including a contravention of Chapter Six; (b) gross misconduct, whether in the performance of the member’s or office holder’s functions or otherwise;“ Hon. Speaker, I believe that hon. Wanga, being a Commissioner of PSC, has violated Article 251 of the Constitution. I seek your clarification on the appropriateness of bringing a petition to this House to remove hon. Gladys Wanga as a Commissioner in the PSC."
