We are aware, and events in this House corroborate it, that on 18th December, 2014 in this House, there was conduct that was grossly disorderly and, which brought the reputation of the House down; Members behaved in despicable manner. These were hon. Moses Kuria who punched hon. Millie; hon. Joseph Kiuna who went up the Speaker’s Gallery and attempted to throw Mr. Muthama over the rails; hon. Muthomi who went up and punched hon.
