    "content": "Pursuant to Standing Order No.33(1), I wish to seek leave to move Adjournment Motion for the purpose of discussing the deteriorating security situation in Baringo South Constituency, Baringo County. Provision of security to each and every citizen is a key requirement for continued stability and sustainable economic prosperity of the nation. Indeed, Article 238(1) of the Constitution provides that national security entails protection against internal and external threats to Kenya’s territorial integrity and sovereignty of the people, their rights, freedoms, property, peace, stability, prosperity and other national interests."
